British Teddy Bear Artist “Bristol Bear” Awards

Just wanted to share my entry for The British Teddy Bear Artist “Bristol Bear” Awards!

I was lucky enough to be at the awards ceremony this weekend…..and guess what….to my delight she won The Bristol Bear Artist Award!!

The category was “Quintessentially English” so had to get my thinking cap on…but
was so pleased with the results, just loved making her collar, hat, parasol and little handbag!

Here is Lady Rose – ready for Royal Ascot!

2018 Update…

This year I have decided to spread my wings a little bit with two summer events for 2018.

The first will be “The British Teddy Bear Festival at Woburn Abbey” which will be held on Sunday 10th June. The venue is absolutely beautiful set in the stunning parkland of the Woburn Abbey estate. We will be exhibiting in the amazing historical grandeur of the Sculpture Gallery, such a stunning setting for displaying bears!

The second event we will be attending is “The Great Stratford Teddy Bear Event” on Sunday 8th July at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Stratford-upon-Avon. It’s a lovely venue and we are really looking forward to being back at Stratford at this more intimate show, and of course the home of Shakespeare!

Both these venues are steeped in history and the locations have so much to offer for a wonderful day out, so we do hope you are able to visit. The bears and I very much look forward to meeting you!

Please note: I am not exhibiting at this year’s Hugglet’s Winter BearFest in February.
