Terms and Conditions

By agreeing to purchase a bear it is assumed that you have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

Payment

Payment can be made in following ways;

In the UK, by cheque or postal order in the post. (Made payable to ; Yvonne Andrew) or alternativly by paypal instant payment.

Internationally by paypal instant payment only.

The full amount must be paid unless "Layaway" has been arranged (see below).

Postage & Packaging

In addition to all prices quoted, P&P is charged at cost to the final price.

In the UK all delivery's are made by Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day, Insured).

Internationally parcels are sent by insured or recorded methods if possible, however delivery usually takes around a week to most destinations (USA, Canada, Europe etc).

Any order from outside the UK maybe subject to import taxes, these taxes are your own responsibility and should be checked prior to ordering.

As soon as you have taken delivery, you are then responsible for the item. Delivery has taken place when an item has been delivered to any address nominated by you.

If an item is damaged when delivered you must inform us as soon as possible. If you do not notify us within a reasonable time we will have no liability.

Returns

In accordance with the Distance Selling Act of 2000, if you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it (at your cost) for a full refund (less initial P&P charges). You have a period of 7 working days from receipt of the item in which to make this decision and contact us.

All goods must be returned in original packaging.

The goods must be returned in good condition. It is recogmended that any return is sent by insured methods as I cannot be responsible for lost goods.

Layaway

I am able to offer a free of charge "layaway" service on selected bears (Please see bear description).

Layaway allows for the total price to be paid off in two or three equal monthly payments.

The first payment is considered as your deposit, and is non returnable.

Upon receipt of the final payment the bear will be dispatched to you.

Layaway payments can be made by sending a cheque to my address (UK) or by paypal (Rest of the World).
